Caravan Sales:

Caravans are for holiday use only, not permanent living accommodation. The site is open 365 days a year so you can stay at any time of year for as long as you want.

Costs of caravan ownership  The ground rent for the 2013/2014 season is £2,487 pa payable 1st March. In addition to this you should allow approx £480 pa to cover insurance, rates and gas safety checks. Gas and electricity are invoiced to you on a monthly basis.

We will obtain bookings for you, arrange cleaning, repairs, check customers in and out, generally manage the caravan on your behalf. The commission charge is 25% of the booking (you get 75%)  Many of our customers often cover their annual running costs including ground rent!
